Hi, I'm Penny.
For ten plus years now, I have been working in customer service & digital support, which has given me knowledge on how to be flexible and communicate effectively, lead others, and find solutions to problems. As my interest in technology grew as did my ability to use my creative side and my desire to work with people using the web; I transitioned from simply being interested in SEO, Content Strategy, Website Development, Analytics & Digital Operations to actually being able to learn about them continuously -- giving me an opportunity to assist growing companies while continually pursuing some of the most exciting and interesting topics to me (history, science, books, creativity, connecting with other humans).
Some of the things I enjoy doing are creating efficient processes/systems for organizations, helping improve workflow efficiency for companies/teams, staying up-to-date on new technologies, and discovering inspiration in both online/digital worlds and every day life.

I believe learning is a lifelong journey that fuel creativity and growth.
Being a reliable leader means providing support and guidance to those I work with.
I embrace innovative solution and think outside the box to achieve results.

Beyond Work
Outside the digital world, I enjoy slowing down and exploring the things that inspire curiosity and creativity.
You’ll probably find me:
I believe learning never truly stops — and that even the smallest discoveries can shape how we see the world.
I find most valuable in my career working on projects which are both meaningful and contribute to my continuing education. I am passionate about being creative as well as making strong connections with others.
My goal is to continually learn by finding out how curiosity and purpose combine to produce personal and professional growth.
The thoughts contained within this site represent some of the many things that have inspired me on my journey so far.
